![]() Launching the preview window I can now click and drag the cards over to the left and, since I made sure to change the size and masks, everything beautifully animates. I'll also wire one up from the second artboard back to the first again making sure that drag is the trigger. Now within the properties instead of a tap trigger I'll want to choose drag which will automatically select auto-animate as the action with that one in place. I can either select the entire group of cards, or individual ones, but seeing that I may want to use the cards to determine the drag direction I'll select just one, and then pull the blue handle over to the second artboard. So now that both views are set up and ready to go let's hop into Prototype mode and wire them up. I'm also going to jump into the shapes and adjust the masks, again making the centered one larger and the others smaller. ![]() I'll not only shift the cards over but I'll also adjust their sizes making the center card larger and the ones off to the side a touch smaller. Duplicating this artboard over to the right I can now create the second view. ![]() I already have the first view created with the cards extending off the artboard and they've all been placed inside of a group, which ensures that they don't get thrown onto the pasteboard. ![]() In this first example, we may want to create a draggable photo gallery that shows off many of the team members. Whether you want to prototype a photo gallery, a pull-to-refresh animation, or other interactions to help your users navigate throughout your application, the drag trigger and auto-animate can help you get going. ![]()

Sign in to your email provider of choice. You can follow these steps to find the info you need to set up an incoming mail server. Most email providers offer detailed instructions on their website or in their help center, which makes the setup process even more manageable. This process may seem daunting at first, but with the right info – you’ll find it relatively straightforward. Having accurate server information and login credentials is essential when setting up an incoming mail server. Different mail clients (like Hotmail, Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and Yahoo) often vary in configuration procedures, but the basic requirements are the same. Setting up the correct names, port numbers, security protocols, and login credentials is necessary to avoid issues with sending or receiving emails. The outgoing mail server routes the email through various servers before it reaches its destination. The message is then formatted and encoded before being sent to the recipient’s server. It all starts with authentication, where the email client verifies itself with the outgoing mail server. The outgoing mail server controls all the necessary steps for sending emails. How Outgoing Mail Servers Work: The Process of Sending Emails This ensures that each email reaches its intended recipient’s inbox safely and securely. Another option is to use a band, which will increase tension in the end range of motion, helping you get a greater contraction at the bottom of the movement. If possible, use two rope attachments on the same cable so that you can use a wider grip and get an even greater contraction in the end position. As a result, you’ll get greater muscle activation. The straight-arm pulldown may also be done with a lat-bar or straight-bar attachment, but the rope allows for better shoulder positioning and a slightly greater range of motion. Step 6: Reverse the motion slowly to extend your arms again. Step 5: Slowly drive your arms down to your sides in an arcing motion with elbows locked out, so your hands end up in line with your hips, or just behind them. You should feel a stretch on your lats (the muscles along the sides of your back). Step 4: Step back from the station a bit so that you feel tension on the cable and your arms are fully extended overhead. Bend your hips back until your torso is at a 30–45-degree angle. Your torso should feel like one tight, solid column. Step 3: Draw your ribs down, tuck your tailbone under, and brace your core muscles. Step 2: Draw your shoulder blades back together and down, as if you were trying to stuff them into your back pockets. Grasp an end in each hand and face the cable station. ![]() ![]() Step 1: Attach a rope handle to the high pulley of a cable station. As a result, it’s a great movement for focusing on lat development. The straight-arm pulldown trains the latissimus dorsi through a long range of motion, and is helpful for people who have trouble feeling their backs work on conventional pulldown exercises. In this case, you perform the movement standing and keep your elbows locked out the entire time. The straight-arm pulldown exercise is a variation of the classic lat-pulldown. ![]() ![]() Here is a gallery of Everest's attires throughout the series. It is long-term nerve pain after the rash clears up and can be severe enough to impact your daily life. The most common complication from shingles is called postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). The rash and accompanying symptoms are usually distinct enough to diagnose shingles at presentation, but lab tests are available if further investigation is needed. “Unfortunately, even after the initial rash clears, there is a possibility the pain can linger for weeks, months or even years,” Jason said.
